# Kokoro Mazesoba

> KOKORO Tokyo Mazesoba is a Japanese noodle chain known for its unique slogan, “Not Ramen, Not Udon, It’s a New Taste!” It began in January 2014 in Minami-Senzoku, Tokyo, and quickly sparked the Mazesoba boom. The first franchise store opened in Mizonokuchi, followed by its first overseas shop in Grand Indonesia. With over 60 stores worldwide, including locations in Japan, Canada, and Singapore, KOKORO has established Mazesoba as a recognized noodle genre across the globe.
